Sairo-Publisher (“the tool”) is a private, internal tool for uploading videos to the YouTube channel sairo ch. These terms apply to anyone who uses it.
The tool is used only by the owner of the channel sairo ch., on their own computer. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else.
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
It uploads videos that the channel owner has approved, one at a time, to the owner’s own channel, and sets their details (title, description, tags, category, language, privacy, schedule, made-for-kids and synthetic-content declarations, thumbnail and playlist). How it handles data is described in the privacy policy.
The channel owner is responsible for every video uploaded with the tool, and for that video following YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies.
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
